The fuel pump will come on with the key turned to accessory but it will not run when the key is turned forward to start.  Is it the fuel pump relay?  I am using Painless' wiring harness and have tried switching the EEC and the Fuel Pump relays since they are rated the same and it didn't fix the problem.  The engine stared three times for me and now it won't start at all since the fuel pump isn't running while the engine is cranking.  Any ideas?  Thanks.
