i got a 2001 mustang gt and i want some serious power to it. i want the twin turbos set up and to put the stroked cobra motor in it would it be easier and to have that kind of power by stroking the 2 valve?

Stroking a 2V motor is fairly pointless for making extra horsepower. The 4.6 already has a very long stroke/small bore, so if you add more stroke your rod/stroke ratios are gonna be so out of whack the motor will be fighting itself to turn.
I've seen 4.6 2Vs make a ton of power by just adding a blower, beefing up the internals, and some other normal peroformance upgrades.
If money's not a problem for you, my ultimate reccomendation woudl be to get a Cobra motor for your car and add the turbos to that. The 4V heads breath much better than the 2V ones, so you'll be able to make better use of the turbos and the boost in air flow they provide.

I sort of agree. I would stroke it unless you were building it for track only. Strokers have shown about a 40 rwhp gain on average, but for the majority of people, as was said, just get some forged internals or go 4v.
