need some advice/help from you guys

Ok I have finally purchased my first mustang and I'm asking you guys/girls for some help and advice here's what I know about my mustang
1984
bored out 5.0 with
new supposidly performance internals such as cam crank pistons and so on
eldebroc (spelling) performance intake
holley carb
higher flow fuel pump
high performance ignition system
headers and exhaust
shift kit on the transmission (it's automatic)
stiffer/performance shocks struts and springs
bigger tires
That is all I can remember at the moment that the guy I bought it from said about it.  The car is currently in the body shop getting the rust spots fixed on it.
I am wondering what you guys would have for advice on this car.  What should I look for for problems, what should I check out on it, and what should I do with it next.  I would appreciate the help since I am not yet a Mustang genius.  Thank you
