i just got a 94 cobra all stock old ladie had it.where do i start? put flows first day.

Money is obviously the limiting factor for most of us, but from a bone stock situation I would install a cold air filter system to go with your exhaust change.BBK ,etc.I bought a 94 Cobra last October with about ten grand in upgrades for 12 grand.37,000 miles.Car drives like new.love it.You can also put aftermarket coil,wires,cap,rotor,etc to start.If you want more info on my upgrades let me know
