aftermarket head unit installation for 1983 mustang

I would like to know if any one has ever done this to their 83-84 mustang before. I know I have to cut the part of the dash where the original radio was. What tools would be the best to use on cutting this piece out so I can install my new sony head unit in my vert. Thanks for your comments

dremel? Sawzall? LOL! I've done this install many years ago, but forgot.
Fwiw, I work in a car audio shop. I recommend taking it to a reputable shop.
