i got a 2001 cobra and was wondering what kind of intake manifold out there i could use if my cobra is N/A with some mods... i heard about sullivan but is there any other?

If you're not going to go crazy with the engine, I would leave the stock intake in place. The Sullivan is a very nice piece for sure, but not really needed with "some mods." If you go the turbo route, the Sullivan is a nice addition, or with the Hellion kits you can reuse the stock intake as well. If you're just itching to do something with the stock intake, you might be able to have the lower intake ported, but that's about it. Good luck with the combo.
