Hey again. Just wanted to know if anybody knew of the top speed limit on a 99 GT coupe, and if there was any change in that from 99 to 2004. And what way (if any) would be the best to raise that top speed.

The easiest way to raise the speed limiter is to get a handheld programmer, i.e. Diablosport Predator.
