I have a 1993 ford f150 5.0 that I am trying to locate a fuel rail for. They are discontinued at the ford manufacturer and the national parts locator states that there is none in the US. Some one suggested that the universal kit for the Mustang 5.0 might work. I just need to ask someone who knows what the hell they are talking about because no one else has known so far  

I have a holley systemax intake on my mustang, not exactly what you have eh?  But what i do know is that the lower is very simalar to the 302 in the F-150 so much so that it uses the same upper to lower plenum gasket.  I also just completed rebuilding a truck 302 for a friend using a lot of mustang stuff.  Dont know if that helps but in my opinion I think they will work
