You don't have to have a head gasket leak to get moisture in the motor.
Because of the PCV system, the engine isn't totally sealed, os it's natural for some moisture to accumulate in the motor when a car sits. Hell, it happens when your everyday driver sits overnight, unless you live in the desert. This is why it's critical to let your engine get to proper operating temp beore you shut it off, that way the oil gets hot enough to cook off the moisture build-up. If you don't, you get sludge build-up.
Now, that being said, you mentioned you see some moisture dripping form the throttle body, I can't remember if the 5.0Ls had water going to cool the throttle body like the Corvettes did. Something to keep in mind, if it does that could be what's leaking.
