those sizes would actually be 225/45/16 for the fronts and 245/45/16 in the rear. does anyone know if those would work without any rubbing?

i have an 88 , running 325/50r/15's on welds that fit perfect , but ive noticed that you need to keep the tires no taller than 29inches .no matter what brand you buy mine are the m/t et street radials . awesome tire

I run 245/45/16 in the rear of my car and they are perfect. Also, the 225s you were talking about for the front should work w/o rubbbing.

Andy, your car must be lowered then. 255/50-16s should still fit on a lowered fox without rubbing... after you clearance the quarters and inner wheel wells. KJ just wrote a great article about it. The one with the 17" pony R wheels. I think he put 315/35-17 radials or some such nonsense on his fox. LOL! Go KJ!!!
