Modded 2000 GT engine trouble

I think that much of this has to do with my modifications, so I'll lay those out first:

MAC Long Tube Headers, O/R Prochamber, Flowmaster mufflers, C&L intake, K&N underhood (not fenderwell CAI) factory throttle body.  Probably the biggest change was to a 2003 f-150 longblock (I hydrolocked the GT motor, hence the underhood intake and the f-150 motor which I got for cheap) I installed the mustang intake and everything on the 4.6 f-150 longblock, so i didnt expect any problems.

Now the car studders under even moderate acceleration , runs extremely rich, wont idle, and sounds horrible; I have codes on all four brand new o2 sensors, the IAC valve, and the MAF sensor.  I have been told that some problems can trip all of these and fixing it would remove the codes.  I know that I need MIL eliminators for my O/R prochamber, but that couldn't cause this significant of a problem, could it? I've cleaned the MAF sensor and changed the fuel filter. Please Help

As far as I know, the truck and car long blocks were the same, so that shouldn't be the problem.

It sounds like you've got some serious computer problems, maybe the need for some tuning and to make sure the computer hasn't given up the ghost. I'd check that first before replacing all those sensors, just in case they're really not the problem.

If you haven't checked for vacuum leaks yet, Check for that next.
On my sister's taurus (not the same car as yours, but still a ford), she had 2 vacuum leaks and the OBD2 was reading as MAF sensor, O2 sensor, and Fuel injector failure.  I fixed the leaks and all codes went away.
