Hi everybody
How do you define a AOD from a AOD-E in the car?
Can anybody tell me if the OD band can be changed without removing the transmission?

The AOD-E transmission didn't make it into Mustangs until the 1994-95 model years. If yours is the original transmission, it's an AOD. The E in AOD-E stands for electronic. I'm not a transmission expert, but I'm relatively sure the transmission must be removed to change the OD band.
