8 gauge ground  come on guy im a full time mechanic i play with my toys on the weekends and ive known since i was a kid and also because im a native texan i know that bigger is better u need a 2 gauge ground and spots with good grounds all around the car to have a really strong stable electrical system im talking 8 gauge wire from the battery to spots in the car where u have electronmics mustngs have really bad problems about grounds and electrical issues cuz its hard to find one these days that some idiot hasnt gotten ahold of and screwed up a whole lotta stuff on if the starter doesnt kick off slow when u go to strt the car dont worry about it but grounds are very important making power those last few horsepower is all in the electricity
sorry to make it so long but you gotta know
