Ok well, maybe its not that i have no power but, My buddy has a 1993 police package coupe that keeps pulling on me and I cant figure out why. His car only has a cobra intake, FPR, and header back exhaust. My car has a 308, GT-40p heads, cobra intake, 70mm TB, cobra MAF, Holley FPR, F-303 cam, unequal shorty headers, summit header back exhaust, 3.73, upr shifter, msd ignition.  

First, what make Mustang is your car? Second, what trans are you running? What's your friend's car got in it (tranny wise)?

Was your computer tuned for the package you've got installed?

When you say "pulling on me" what do you mean? At a dead stop, he's leaving the line faster than you?  

id say uve mismatched parts a little bit u probably arent getting the right airflow i dont know cuz i always port my own heads the numbers but i know that u need to double the size of stock ports pretty much to get alot of power and gt40p heads i dont think are race ready out of the box i think its only a 30 to 40 hp difference if they arent ported but if they are then i dont know what to say maybe hes just a better driver than you  i know in a friends stang he rana 12.9 and i did a 12.2 in the same car right after him and i ought weighed him by 80 pounds  

swap drivers. If his car is still faster than yours, get it dyno tuned asap.  

What size engine came in the police package?  I'm not sure if somebody was bull-shitting me, but I was told it had a 351.????  

The only Fox-chassis Mustangs to ever come with a 351 were the '95 Cobra-R models. All the service Mustangs had 302s.  

i have the same problem with my 92 mustang lx it is all stock from tranny 2 the engine. it does not burn rubber it is automatic an i tried 2 do a burnout and the car just stays still i changed the tranny to a new stock one but i have the same problem they have told me its the distributor can any one help me in any way
