I"ve got a 89 gt I just purchased, and when the car gets warm not hot it will stop running. It will start and run but it will be very rough.if I let it cool down it will run again for about 20 miles around town. Is this a pump issue or what? Please help me!

It could be that you have a bad ignition module or it could also be your fuel pump . Does it stop running suddenly  like when you shut off the key ? or does it just seem to run out of gas ?

Sounds like a bad ignition module to me. If it were the pump, it would do that when the car was hot, but once you got the car running it would stay running.

When its acting up it will spit and sputter when it dies, and it will not make any power under 3,000 rpm's.
