hello everyone im new to this fourm.i have a 95 mustang v6. im puting a 5.0 in it , going old school with a carb.the car has a t5 in it i need to know what year bell housing will work also i need to find a place that sells hi out put t5 parts so i dont blow this thing up.i have already got a 8.8 rear end bult by DTS and installed.

I thought that v6(3.8) mustangs transmissions won't fit a 5.0 engine, you would have to get a tranny for that engine. Call Todd at prestige mustang at 404 294 4869. He knows a lot about these things.  

yea they both use the t5. The v8 trans is stronger better parts i think? if it was a v8 or v6 i still would like to go trough it .someone had said only 94 95 bell housing would only work.
