supercharged cobra skipping issue?

]I have a 1998 cobra with a vortec supercharger,car has been running great,I only have 17,000 miles on it  It just started skipping going down rd. no warning, It looses boost of course and then later on it will just stop[the skipping] Sometimes it will not stop untill I park then next time I drive its fine.It has on occassion started skipping on start-up but only a couple of times. I have no idea where to start. The car runs so good(dyno at 511rwhp), then this skip happens ever so often, and it blows my mind.Please, any help would be greatly valued.
