MAF problem? and looking sprcharged 'stang tuner

05 Mustang with V2 supercharger kit installed. Having a problem with The engine light being on and(what I think)a MAF issue. When I slow down and right before I come to a stop my RPM's dip and sometimes the engine shuts off. My puck is set at 3 and the Vortech V2 was sent off and checked good by the company. Also I am looking for a MIDWEST Tuner for sprcharged 'stangs, and having one hell of a time trying. . I was told teh nearest one to me is Denver and I live in Idaho. .  Thanks!
