85 mustang convertible 3.8 no power to fuel pump

1985 convertible 3.8 has no power to fuel pump.
1. New fuel pump in tank
2. Inertia switch in trunk is ok
3. Fuel relay under driver seat- no power
4. no fuses in box for fuel pump
5. Fuse link? where is it?
The fuel pump is jumpered so it will run
ECA Electronic control assembly where is it and what does it look like?
pink + black wire under drivers seat at relay(pump wire) put power to this wire and fuel pump comes on. Any sugestions?
