what is needed to swap factory 1996 2v for 03-04 cobra 4v

i want to swap my old 2v engine for a 03-04 cobra 4v but i dont know where to start. i have found an engine but i dont know what i will need to buy new or what could be reused from my 1996 gt. the engine i am looking at is a Ford racing Aluminator long block from D.S.S. racing. If someone could point me in the right direction it would be great. I need to know everything from ingnition and wiring harness, to oil filter adaptor and oil coolier (those are not included with the engine),  and if i need to replace the k member incase the oil pan does not fit. thank you for taking the time to read this.

Basically, the ideal way to do this swap is to find a wrecked '03-'04 Cobra, haul it home, and swap everything over. That will truly be the easiest way to do the swap.
