Looking for some cheap power upgrades. I'm not trying to break the bank yet  I got my hands on a 91 GT convertible. I've already switch to lighter underdrive pulleys and a BBK cold air intake system (fender well). Everything else is stock so what should I do next?

Throw some 3.73 gears out back, install an off-road X, and a nice after-cat exhaust. Those 3 additions will get you pointed in the right direction.
