I need help,my car with no warning just wouldnt start a freind of mine said it could be a moister problem after a hard rain,it hasnt did it before but the next day it started,now after another rain it wont start at all,I dont know if its a coincidence but now I cant here the fuel pump kick in,could it be the fuel pump relay,and does anybody know the location of it,I know this is a long question but I dont know what to do.thanks to everybody for the help.

not positive on the '91, but fuel pump relay is usually under the driver's seat.

run out to an auto parts store and buy the chiltons book for your car, i think its only like 15 dollars and itll have everything you need to know in it
