1993 mustang 302 will crank but not start

I have a 93 302 that will crank but not start. I changed out the valve cover seals and spark plugs/wire 2 days ago and now it wont run. I have checked all the connections, but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas?

Got fuel? Got spark? Is your fuel pump cycling when you turn the key? If you were fiddling with the ignition parts, I would check the coil, and make sure everything's making contact.
