I recently got a '94 GT (AODE) and I'm wondering what to upgrade next. Here's what I've done so far...3.73 gear (with speed cal) off road H pipe, Mac pro dumps, CAI, smog pumps gone and the Trans go AODE HD 2 shift/reprogramming kit. It went from slow to slow and loud...but overall better I guess. The best one of the above mods was the shift kit...the difference was night/day and along with the gears, I would highly recommend it. The car went from barking a tire from a dig, before the mods, to smoking the 275 40's through first and barking second (and sometimes even third). Next on my list is some equal length shorty headers and some under drive pulleys. But I'm lost after that...My budgets tight and I'm not sure if I should bother with a cam upgrade since I'm stuck with the stock heads/intake. I've read elsewhere to just keep the stock cam and add 1.7 roller rockers if you can't afford to upgrade your heads/intake. Or should I do some saving and opt. for either one of the Trick Flow or Holley top end kits? Any suggestions? Which way would you go? Thanks, Daniel.

theres actually several other posts already sharing to the same topic if you take a moment an browse through them...which would possibly explain the lack of responses on this...its jus kinda like repeating yourself over an over...Ive read in a few already though that break down mod for mod in order best preferenced to what should be to get the best, the fastest for the money...I myself am jus now getting started, got em a nice lil 95 5spd Conv..but at the present time is a Virgin...I do believe the first Move I will make will be the gears * 3.73 as well...but after some head lights first...the guy has them so blacked out , even on high beam are worse than MOST cars on the road...freakin suxxx...especially being that money could be directed towards performance..ehh, its all good;-)..anyways, best of luck, from what lil I know...looks good to this point...got any pics?

The roller rockers are a good idea for now. I would wait until you can assemble a nice heads, cam, intake package, and install them all at once. Sounds like a nice ride, and very respectable if you can rip the tires through 1st. There is some really good info out there for 94-95 cars. You just have to find it.

My car is set up similar to yours and I gained quite a bit of power going with GT40P heads and a cobra intake, I have no regrets on these mods.
