will a 427 ci fit my 85 gt just answer please i hate it when people look and ignore i just want your best opinion or should i get a different block please help im gonna buy it by next week and really need too know to send it to the shop thanks.

yes, but if you're sending your car to the shop, they should be competent enough to answer the question themselves.

A 427 what? A Windsor? Sure it'll fit. An FE? That'll fit too, just get a bigger hammer. I don't get your question about getting a different block. Do you already have a 351 block? If it's production, be very careful. Production block based 427W's have crappy rod ratios, weird bottom end harmonics, and require extensive clearance work in the block. If it's an aftermarket or Ford Racing block, no problem. Big bore, short stroke 427 and you're good to go.
