It's hard to tell by just reading your post. Unless it's been sitting in an a/c and heated garage, started occassionally and pampered, it's going to need some work. Now, the best thing going is the low miles.
He!!, if you just now got to drive it, you already know the value...PRICELESS.
My '92 has over 177k miles on it and I turn down offers on it at least once a week. I know what you are going to go through. Good luck.
