Hello everyone first time posting here. This will also be my first time building up a car myself. I have always bought them fixed up before. Here it is as I bought it.

Question on tires and rims what would be the widest tires adn rims I could put on front and back.
I was thinking 17" X 8 on front and 17" X 10 on the back.
I was considering these tires on the back with these rims.

And these rims on the front not sure of what tires to go with on the front.

The car has been lowered to the extreme but I will be installing a performance spring set up that will be 1.5" lower then stock.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Nice choice of wheels. Call Latemodel and ask them. I think those sizes will work, but on the rear you'll have to get out the hammer for inner quarter panel, get rid of the quad shocks, and roll the fender lips. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. Is it worth getting rid of the quad shocks I do need the traction but my primary goal is road handling... Again thanks for any advice.

You'll need aftermarket upper and lower control arms, and then you'll be golden when getting rid of the quad shocks.
