NEED HELP WITH DRIVETRAIN CHOICES DOING A 6-8 CONVERSION

im in a bit of a bind here i bought a 1994 V6 mustang and want to do a conversion to a 302 or 351 please let me know what to do theese are my options:
option 1:
1990 gt drivetrain, borg warner t5, aluminum driveshaft, 8.8rear end and 302 efi
option 2:
stock t5 from the 6 with the 302 bell housing, 302 carb engine, aluminum driveshaft, and 9" rear end
option 3:
351 carbed same options as option 2
if i decide to go efi, what will i have to change to get it to run?
do i need a harness from a 94 gt or one from a 90gt?
would i be better off going carb?
will a t5 bolt up to a 351W?
im on a budget and if i go with option 1 i dont have much money left for harnesses and labour, im not worried about emissions or smog gear,
what is the best thing for me to do? im going crazy trying to find info about this,
the motor will be running nitrous, but only about a 100 shop
my car will be solid, any info would help and if you have any of the parts i need plesae let me know,

IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE A 302 EFI AND MAKE IT CARB, HOW MUCH WORK INVOLVED? WHAT WILL I NEED? AND WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO MAKE IT RUN IN MY CAR
