I have been looking into purchasing my first since my 9th grade year. Now  I'm a jr. in HS. First I started looking at mustags(only v8), but the insurance was crazy.So now Im looking police intersepters, there to buy and insure, and they hualass. My plans would be to put a lowering kit, cold air intake, headers, catback exhausts w/flowmasters burnin up some goodyear eagles on cobra R style 17 or 18s. Plus delete the back seat for some amps and 15s w/ more in the trunk. So if anyone has some helpful tips and pionters or even a crown vic site would be appresiated.

Check out police auctions since these were the vehicle of choice. They're pretty plentiful, and probably pretty cheap.
