Help my Injector is leaking on top of where fuel rail sits on it

I have a big problem on the left side second injector back it is leaking where the fuel rail sits on top of it. I took it all apart a put a new Oring on top of it and put all back together started back up and still leaking. Im about to try a new Injector right now see if thats it. If not then its got be the Rail or the Regulator. Let me know guys What is it???
