Hey everybody,
I got a 1985 mustang GT with a 1990 gt bumper cover & lights. It was recently involved in an accident. Here's the problem. When I removed the original radiator support from the two frame rails (by drilling out the endless tacwelds) I ordered a new one online. When I recieved it, it did not have the channels in the back of it to connect it to the frame, nor did it have the lower radiator supports (the two notches that the radiator sits in). Upon asking several different vendors I got the same answer: I need to take these channels off the old one and weld them on the new one, Even if I have to get these "brackets" from the junk yard!
Anyone got any ideas, like where I can find these two pieces (channels/brackets) necessary.
Thanks a bunch for any info,
Carlos
