I have a pair of heads in my garage that my brother told me were BOSS heads. They have 302 stamped on them. How do I identify these heads? I can't believe someone would leave these to the next home owner. Any tips ideals or pics would be awesome. My e-mail: dah0404@aol.com

First easy way to spot boss heads, if the ocmustion chamber has a hemipherical design like a HEMI then you've got a pair of Boss heads. If the valves are just canted like on a big block Chevy, then you've got a pair of Cleveland or Modified heads.
Cleveland or Boss, it would be amazingly insane to just leave the heads behind unless they were total junk, but stranger things have happened in the car world.
