I would like to first thank everyone for loving the new mustang, more power stronger more refined chassis and great muscle car design.  Now with that said I just finished reading the march 04' of bench racer and the new Motor Trend article of the 05' stang and both gave it awsome style points and said that its not too throwback, don't get me wrong I too love the new car as much if not more the you guys do, but my question is where do we go from here.  Ford has spent the last 35 years designing new and improved athstetics for the car and now it seems as though they are starting over.  I'm just wondering what the future holds for the next interpetation of our beloved ponycar.  Will it be another throwback and pay homage to the Mustang II, scary thought isn,t it.  Ford has always been commited to the Mustang and it's future and they continue to show this car is here to stay( unlike some other pony cars ha ha!) but I hope ford did not shoot themselves in the foot on this retro thing, because this is just a fad of styling and fads, ladies and gentlemen die very quickly.
