Which one is better choice for stock motor and what rpm range does each produce best hp and torque?  Would simply upgrading to 1.7 roller rockers get me the same gain with stock cam?  Thanks, Ron

i'f go with the F303 I have the E303  in my car now w/ 1.7 RR and wish i would have gone F303 with 1.6. If the F cam is too big for what you want i would be willing to sell the Ecam thats in my motor it only has about 5200 miles on it. The E cam sounds decent and is good for low end torqe and ford racing says it is good till 6000rpm but it makes most power around 5600rpm if I had a 2800 stall with it and it was the perfect converter I since switched to a five speed and at 5500 rpm it will snap the tires free going into every gear.  It is more of a street cam not really a strip cam. The B303 has a weird torqe range but I have a few friends who have run it, and their cars run really good too. I would sell my cam for $110. E mail me if interested The 1.7 RR with stock cam will give you some HP and you could shift your car at about 5700rpm but if you go with  the e-cam w/1.7 you will need new valve springs

I have the b-303 and find it pulls hard  4000 to 6000 with all the mods which are many. I do have a five speed. If not many modifications I would think the e-303 would serve u better. I know this post I put here is much later in the date above, But if it helps someone else down the road then I hope it does.
